Sally Tran
Tran is known for her design, signature soft sculpture in galleries, and extravagant live performances. Film is the ultimate amalgamation of all these forms and has truly become the one medium, which sees her love of art, design, story and moving image all come together harmoniously.
Her love for texture and detail is evident in her work, along with her sometimes-unconventional processes gaining her awards and residencies all over the world.
Currently Tran is in post-production on her Romantasy feature film 'Timeslow, The Timeless Tales of Henry Glint' funded by the NZ Film Commission, and is residing in New York on the Script to Screen grant with Killer Films.
